Laksa is a spicy noodle soup popular in the Peranakan cuisine of South East Asia. It consists of rice vermicelli with chicken, prawn or fish, served in spicy soup based on rich and spicy coconut milk. Laksa traces its origins back to the Ming Dynasty (1368 to 1644) and is reportedly brought to South East Asia by a Chinese naval expedition led by Admiral Zheng He. Our Singapore Laksa potato chips, as the name suggests, is based on the Singapore version of this hot Asian cuisine. Regardless of which version of Laksa you grew up with, you will love the flavour of the F.EAST Singapore Laksa potato chips. Try it to believe it.
