- The item(s) must be in its original state and packaging with the original product tags attached (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it (if any)
Returns/ refunds will only be processed once the item(s) has been received and checked by us. Should the returned item not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.
