Returns and Refunds Policy:

Our brand partner/merchant will be able to accept return/refund requests if:

The wrong item(s) was delivered to you;
A damaged/defective item(s) was delivered to you; or
You did not receive your item(s).

We wish to highlight that we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once the payment is accepted.

Return Requirements:

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
